Step 1: The Initial Inquiry

It all starts with our inquiry form on the website. Once we receive your details, we’ll review availability and make sure our design style aligns with your vision. If it feels like a great fit, we’ll schedule a consultation call with you to discuss your ideas and event details.

From there, we’ll send you an all-in-one proposal, contract, and retainer invoice. Once you sign and submit your retainer, we’ll send your Welcome Email + Onboarding Kit to officially kick off your project.

Step 2: Onboarding + Design Prep

In your Welcome Email, we include your project timeline, onboarding form, stationery/signage questionnaire, client portal access, and helpful templates to get you started.

We require your completed stationery/signage questionnaire before we begin designing. This ensures we have every detail up front and can skip the endless back-and-forth emails. Once your form is complete, we’ll send a scheduling email to set up your first design meeting based on your project’s timeline.

Step 3: Our Unique Design Approach

Unlike many designers, we don’t just “fill in the blanks.” We’re highly design-focused and often create concepts entirely from scratch based on the inspiration you (or your planner) provide with little to no direction. We source font pairings, colors, textures, and materials that pair beautifully with your wedding aesthetic – whether that’s sleek and modern, warm and romantic, or bold and editorial.

Step 4: Balancing Design + Logistics

We build our process to be creative and efficient. By gathering every detail early on, we’re able to send digital renderings that reflect your actual wedding day info and details. So, what you see in your proof is exactly what you’ll see in person on your wedding day. This approach keeps the design process smooth and eliminates last-minute surprises.

Step 5: The Wedding Day

On the big day, our team arrives onsite to set up and install every piece of your signage suite. We gather all information via your wedding planner in advance, so that when we arrive on your wedding day – we can work independently as much as possible. We come fully prepared with backup tools and supplies so we can adjust on the spot if needed – whether that’s pivoting a sign location because of wind or rethinking placement due to rain.

Our team also handles late-night strike and load-out, so you can enjoy your celebration without lifting a finger.
