Our Two Collections, and What They Include

We currently work within two collections, and where you land depends on how custom you want to go.

Digital Collection

Our Digital Collection is for our couples who want beautiful stationery, without onsite delivery and setup. This collection starts at $1,500. This is flat, digital printing that includes beautiful paper stock and color upgrades only, but no specialty printing like letterpress or foil. Everything will be mailed to you directly, or if your wedding planner is local to the Austin area – we can courier your pieces to your planner for their team to set up on the day of your wedding. It’s a wonderful option if you love a clean, elevated design without the full production layer underneath it.

Signature Collection

Starting at $4,500, this is where things get fully custom! Our Signature Collection allows for more creative ideas and unique experiences. Countless upgrades are available, including luxe materials, embellishments, textures, you name it. It also includes those large statement installations you’ve probably pinned a hundred times without knowing they were Signature-level work. Delivery, setup, and late-night strike are available for an additional fee, built into your payment plan, and every rental piece is included when we design and present it to you.

Austin Wedding Stationery Pricing for the Full Experience

If you’re dreaming of the whole package including invitations, escort or seating display, welcome sign, the works – here’s a realistic range. For a wedding around 150 guests, our full experience packages have been running $6,500 – $8,500 for stationery and $10,000 – $18,000 for day-of signage. That range moves depending on your final guest count and how many statement pieces you’re bringing into the day.

What Actually Moves Your Quote Up or Down

Once you know the baseline, the next logical question is what actually changes it. And a few things consistently do:

Printing method. Letterpress and foil sit at the top of the range, acrylic follows close behind, and wood engraving or laser cutting land somewhere in the middle.

Fabric. It looks simple, but fabric is one of the trickiest materials to work with! Getting every line straight takes real time, and we always plan ahead by ordering extra material in case something happens along the way.

Custom shapes and finishes. This one deserves its own explanation, because it’s rarely what people expect.

Why a Custom Shape or Finish Costs More

That last one is worth slowing down on, because it’s the question we wish more couples asked before they saw the number. The extra cost doesn’t start when we begin printing production, it starts during the design process.

Here’s what that actually looks like. Let’s say you’re working with a letterpress invitation in two colors. When we design it, we present the whole piece to you as one cohesive design. But behind the scenes, printing doesn’t work that way – the design has to be submitted split up by color and print method. Two colors alone can mean up to four different files just to print that one invitation card.

It works the same way if you’re mixing print methods – say, digital printing alongside letterpress on a single design. That’s two separate files for one invitation, just like that.

From there, each color or print method also needs its own metal printing plate ordered specifically for it. Only once all of that is in place do we actually reach production. And this is where the real math shows up: each file gets pressed individually for every invite in your order. So two colors across 100 suites isn’t 100 presses – it’s 200. That’s the layer most people never see, and it’s exactly why custom work carries a different price tag than a standard shape.

Add-Ons: Wax Seals, Foil, and Hand-Painting

Add-ons are another spot where the cost can feel surprising until you know what’s actually behind it. Wax seals, foil, hand-painting – these come up often, and we price them during the design process based on what you’re picturing. Here’s the part couples don’t always think about: pricing covers the materials and the labor. A wax seal might only cost a dollar in materials, but we hand-make every single one! Add-ons to your stationery reflect the materials and the additional hands to bring it all together.

Why Timing Matters More Than You Think

Maybe you’re a little further along than you’d planned to be…the wedding is closer than you’d like to admit, and you’re just now realizing stationery needs to happen. We understand how that feels, and we don’t want you to panic. But we also want to be honest with you about what a compressed timeline actually means, because it’s more than just a faster turnaround.

A tighter timeline does affect pricing. When a project needs to move faster, we increase the design fee, and that gets factored directly into your quote. But the cost isn’t really the whole story. A rush changes the entire creative process, not just the invoice.
